Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup peanuts, ground
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 in a frying pan over medium heat, fry the garlic with canola oil until golden, whisk all ingredients in a small bowl to blend, set aside.
