Lamb Chops And Onions

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless lamb chops
  • 1 -2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel onion and coarsely chop.
  • 2 drizzle oil on the bottom of a large frying pan (i use canola oil). heat to medium-hi; add onions.
  • 3 meanwhile, rinse chops and pat dry. sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • 4 stir onions, and move to the outer edge of the pan. add chops to the pan.
  • 5 cook about 3 minutes, per side, until nicely browned and center is no longer pink, stirring onions around occasionally.
  • 6 serve lamb chops topped with onions.
