Lamb Chops And Onions

Ingredients
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 1 -2 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel onion and coarsely chop.
- 2 drizzle oil on the bottom of a large frying pan (i use canola oil). heat to medium-hi; add onions.
- 3 meanwhile, rinse chops and pat dry. sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper, to taste.
- 4 stir onions, and move to the outer edge of the pan. add chops to the pan.
- 5 cook about 3 minutes, per side, until nicely browned and center is no longer pink, stirring onions around occasionally.
- 6 serve lamb chops topped with onions.
