Momofuku's Style Brussel Sprouts

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts
  • 1/3 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 -2 hot chili pepper, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 remove outer leaves of brussels sprouts.
  • 2 rinse briefly.
