Spinach Salad W/green Onion Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1 package baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 10 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese
- 1/2-1 lb cooked crumbled bacon (to taste)
- 1/3 cup wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Recipe
- 1 salad: toss iceberg lettuce, spinach, onion, mushroom slices, grated swiss chees and bacon in large bowl.
- 2 dressing: combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- 3 just before serving pour dressing over the salad and toss.
- 4 you can also serve the dressing to the-side of the salad.
