Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 1 small onion (in rings) (optional)
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- yellow squash or zucchini
- fresh mushrooms
- cucumber
Recipe
- 1 break or cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 mix in a large bowl.
- 3 dressing: mix and pour over vegetables.
- 4 let stand overnight.
- 5 will keep two weeks in refrigerator.
