Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 1 small onion (in rings) (optional)
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • yellow squash or zucchini
  • fresh mushrooms
  • cucumber

Recipe

  • 1 break or cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 mix in a large bowl.
  • 3 dressing: mix and pour over vegetables.
  • 4 let stand overnight.
  • 5 will keep two weeks in refrigerator.
