Southwest Scramble

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 english muffins
  • 4 large free run eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese, splendido quattro formaggi 4 cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chili lime salsa

Recipe

  • 1 toast the muffins.
  • 2 in a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, slat and pepper.
  • 3 in a large nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  • 4 pour in the egg mixture.
