Ingredients

- 3 cups potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
- water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 cup soya milk
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes until done.
- 2 mash potatoes, adding canola oil, soya milk, salt & pepper. mix well.
