Lisa's 100% Whole Grain And Kid-friendly Pancakes

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup whole grain oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything except milk in a bowl and then add just enough milk to make the consistency you like. i usually use between 1 and 1 1/4 cups depending on the size of the eggs.
  • 2 i cook on a lightly sprayed griddle and the kids don't know they are not "regular" pancakes.
