overnight chai oatmeal

- combine oats, almond-coconut milk, chia seeds, coconut, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl. cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
