Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 4 garlic cloves
- juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- water, to get good consistency
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor blend the garlic, then add the rest of the ingredients slowly adding water until smooth (or the olive brine if you are making olive hummus). garnish with dried parsley or zatar. enjoy!
