Tequila Cupcakes

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line muffin tin.
  • 2 mix wet and dry ingredients seperately, then together.
  • 3 fill cupcake liners and bake for about 22 minutes.
