Super Easy Lemon Cookies!

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box moist deluxe lemon cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil (canola)
• 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
• pecan halves (to garnish)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350*.
• 2 combine all ingredients and stir until combined.
• 3 drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches a part.
• 4 press a pecan half into the center of each (opt.).
• 5 bake 9-11 minute or until edges are golden.
• 6 cool for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack. store airtight.
