Ingredients
- 50 g parma ham
- 30 g mild cheddar cheese
- 50 g gem lettuce
- 10 ml canola oil
Recipe
- 1 remove the fat from the parma ham and thinly slice.
- 2 cube the cheddar (1cm or so).
- 3 wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. tear the leaves do not cut.
- 4 mix all together in a bowl and drizzle oil and serve.
