Nutty Chicken Strips With Honey Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 in a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro, and curry powder.
- 2 place flour in a shallow bowl.

- 4 dip the chicken strips in flour, then in the egg mixture.
