Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Recipe
- 1 stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- 2 add eggs, milk, and oil.
- 3 stir just until smooth (don't over stir).
- 4 turn into a greased 9x9 baking pan.
- 5 bake for 20-25 minutes in a 425°f oven.
