Healthier Creamy Parmesan Salad Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups light sour cream
  • 2 cups canola oil mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 cups asiago cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 blend in food processor until thick but fairly smooth.
