Sweet Lamb Spare Ribs

Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon goya sazonador total seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 lbs lamb spareribs
- canola oil
Recipe
- 1 cut ribs into bite size pieces removing all excess fat from the ribs.
- 2 put canola oil in a frying pan and add spare ribs. cook on medium heat until brown.
- 3 combine all other ingredients in a slow cooker and mix.
- 4 drain meat and add meat to the slow cooker.
- 5 make sure that the meat is covered with all of the sauce.
- 6 turn slow cooker on low and cover.
- 7 it'll take about 6 hours to cook, make sure you stir occasionally to ensure that all of the meat is being covered.
