Sweet Lamb Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon goya sazonador total seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 lbs lamb spareribs
  • canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 cut ribs into bite size pieces removing all excess fat from the ribs.
  • 2 put canola oil in a frying pan and add spare ribs. cook on medium heat until brown.
  • 3 combine all other ingredients in a slow cooker and mix.
  • 4 drain meat and add meat to the slow cooker.
  • 5 make sure that the meat is covered with all of the sauce.
  • 6 turn slow cooker on low and cover.
  • 7 it'll take about 6 hours to cook, make sure you stir occasionally to ensure that all of the meat is being covered.
