- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs lightly.
- 2 stir in oil and buttermilk.
- 3 add dry ingredients.
- 4 mix until blended.
- 5 cook on hot lightly oiled griddle, turning once, until cakes are browned on both sides.
