Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 4 small dried chilies
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 1/2 cup peanuts (chopped, toasted)
Recipe
- 1 combine the chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, water, garlic and chilies. let stand 30 minutes.
- 2 combine the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, salt, sesame oil and ginger.
- 3 heat oil in a wok.
- 4 add chicken mix. stir-fry 3 minutes.
- 5 remove with a slotted spoon.
- 6 to wok add sauce mix. cook 1 minute.
- 7 return chicken. heat through. add peanuts.
