Ingredients

- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced thin
- 6 ripe tomatoes, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in a jar with lid, shake all dressing ingredients.
- 2 place onion and tomato slices in a shallow dish.
- 3 cover with dressing.
- 4 cover and chill at least 2 hours.
