Lori's Korean Beef

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons green onions (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • fresh cracked pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a wok.
  • 2 add the garlic, onions and sesame seeds. saute 30 seconds.
  • 3 add beef. brown.
  • 4 stir in the soy sauce, sugar, cayenne and pepper. heat through.
