Lori's Korean Beef

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 tablespoons green onions (minced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in a wok.
- 2 add the garlic, onions and sesame seeds. saute 30 seconds.
- 3 add beef. brown.
- 4 stir in the soy sauce, sugar, cayenne and pepper. heat through.
