Potato Pancakes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 grate potatoes (with skins) using a cheese grater onto paper towels.
  • 2 pat out as much moisture as possible.
  • 3 fry thin 5 inch diameter clumps of shredded potatoes in a non-stick frying pan, on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • 4 enjoy!
