- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Recipe
- 1 grate potatoes (with skins) using a cheese grater onto paper towels.
- 2 pat out as much moisture as possible.
- 3 fry thin 5 inch diameter clumps of shredded potatoes in a non-stick frying pan, on medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
- 4 enjoy!
