Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup oatmeal (reg. or quick cook)
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in the bread maker as listed.
- 2 select regular or rapid bread cycle.
- 3 enjoy.
