Two Wheat Waffles

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
  • 1/4 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 1/4 cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl mix all ingredients until large lumps disapear.
  • 2 allow batter to rest 5 minutes.
  • 3 spray waffle iron with cooking spray(pam).
  • 4 heat waffle iron.
  • 5 pour desired amount of batter into iron.
  • 6 cover & bake until steaming stops.
  • 7 serve with cinnamon sugar, syrup,applesaue,anything you choose.
