Miracle Whip Pineapple Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup miracle whip
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil (i use canola oil)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 350º.
- 2 grease and flour a 13x9 baking pan.
- 3 set aside.
- 4 in mixer bowl add eggs, sugar, miracle whip, oil and vanilla.
- 5 beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
- 6 combine the dry ingredients.
- 7 add them alternately with the pineapple and bananas, mixing in after each addition.
- 8 pour into the prepared baking pan.
- 9 bake at 350º for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done.
- 10 i do not usually add a frosting to this cake, it is moist and good without it.
- 11 you could frost it though, if desired, using your favorite.
