Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup unbleached flour
- 2 tablespoons gluten
- 1 tablespoon whey powder (i don't use)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in machine as directed by the manufacturer.
- 2 select basic wheat cycle, light setting (or equivalent).
