Ingredients

- 1/4 cup maple syrup, use 100% pure
- 1 medium shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced vertically
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach
Recipe
- 1 combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, whisking together, to make the vinaigrette.
- 2 add remaining ingredients in a large serving bowl; toss with vinaigrette when ready to serve.
