Tasty Tofu Brownie Snacks

Total Time: 37 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 22 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/3 cups cake flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) package silken low-fat tofu
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, garnish (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cut a piece of wax paper to fit in bottomof 8x8 baking pan.
