Spicy Lamb With Potatoes

Ingredients

- 350 g lamb (thigh)
- 2 potatoes, peeled
- 3 green chilies
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 piece ginger (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tablespoon canola oil
Recipe
- 1 chop lamb into chunks (not so small).
- 2 add about 400 ml of water in a sauce pan.
- 3 add lamb and a bit of salt and boil for about 20 mins (lamb should be thoroughly cooked; soft to feel).
- 4 cut potatoes longitudinally into 6 or 8 pcs each. cut chillies longitudinally into 2 pcs each.
- 5 add chilli, potato and onion and 1/2 teaspoon of canola oil.
- 6 cook until potato is 75% cooked.
- 7 add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3-4 minutes.
