Spicy Lamb With Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 350 g lamb (thigh)
  • 2 potatoes, peeled
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 garlic cloves (crushed)
  • 1 piece ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 chop lamb into chunks (not so small).
  • 2 add about 400 ml of water in a sauce pan.
  • 3 add lamb and a bit of salt and boil for about 20 mins (lamb should be thoroughly cooked; soft to feel).
  • 4 cut potatoes longitudinally into 6 or 8 pcs each. cut chillies longitudinally into 2 pcs each.
  • 5 add chilli, potato and onion and 1/2 teaspoon of canola oil.
  • 6 cook until potato is 75% cooked.
  • 7 add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3-4 minutes.
