Reduced Sugar Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup splenda granular
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 blend together eggs, buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and bananas.
- 3 in a separate bowl, mix splenda, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. add chocolate chips. gradually stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until mixed well.
