Reduced Sugar Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 blend together eggs, buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and bananas.
  • 3 in a separate bowl, mix splenda, brown sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. add chocolate chips. gradually stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until mixed well.
  • 4 pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
