Slow-cooked Beer-braised Beef

Total Time: 6 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 12 ounces beer
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons dried basil

Recipe

  • 1 to use a slow cooker, omit oil and place beef directly into cooker.
  • 2 top with remaining ingredients.
