Shrimp & Moringa

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 16 shrimp, raw and tail on
  • 1/2 onion, cut nicely
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach (2 cups if you want. food.com, apparently, is not aware of moringa which is why it says spinach....or)
  • kosher salt
  • olive oil (canola works fine)

Recipe

  • 1 when you skillet is hot, pour in a little oil.
  • 2 add the shrimp.
  • 3 then add onion, ginger and garlic.
  • 4 when the shrimp turn pink, take them out, they are done.
  • 5 add the moringa to the skillet. cook just enough to warm through while mixing with the onion, ginger and garlic.
  • 6 place the veggie in the middle of a plate and surround with the shrimp.
  • 7 salt to taste.
  • 8 enjoy.
