Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, i reccomend tobasco
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets, unskinned
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a shallow pan.
- 2 marinate for 30 minutes.
- 3 grill for 20 minutes, basting occasionally.
- 4 alternately, bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until it flakes easily when tested.
