Ingredients

- 10 lbs lamb shoulder (or smaller)
- 10 garlic cloves
- 4 tablespoons all purpose seasoning (adobo)
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup canola oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven at 350°f.
- 2 using a mortar, crush the garlic cloves and add 1 tbs of all purpose seasoning. in a medium bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic/adobo paste, and remaining of the aps. add salt and pepper and mix. rub lamb with mixture.
- 3 bake for 3-5 hrs at 350°f turn the lamb leg every 30 minutes.
