Ingredients
- 8 ounces jalapenos, stemmed
- 2 cups fresh cilantro
- 5 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 4 green cardamom pods, seeds removed
- kosher salt, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients along with 5 tbsp water in a food processor, and puree until smooth.
