- 4 medium yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed
- canola oil
- salt
- black pepper
- malt vinegar
- fine sea salt
Recipe
- 1 heat grill to medium.
- 2 place potatoes in a pot of water; add 1 t salt. cook until just tender, 15 minutes. drain, cool, and slice 1/4-inch-thick slices.
- 3 brush potatoes with oil; season with salt and pepper. grill until golden brown on both sides and cook through, about 8 minutes.
- 4 remove to a platter in an even layer; drizzle with vinegar. season to taste with sea salt.
