Salt And Vinegar Grilled Potato "chips"

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 medium yukon gold potatoes, scrubbed
  • canola oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • malt vinegar
  • fine sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat grill to medium.
  • 2 place potatoes in a pot of water; add 1 t salt. cook until just tender, 15 minutes. drain, cool, and slice 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  • 3 brush potatoes with oil; season with salt and pepper. grill until golden brown on both sides and cook through, about 8 minutes.
  • 4 remove to a platter in an even layer; drizzle with vinegar. season to taste with sea salt.
