- 1 1/2 cups almond meal
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 30 ml baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 100 ml canola oil
Recipe
- 1 mix together dry ingredients.
- 2 beat eggs.
- 3 add milk and vanilla extract.
- 4 mix into dry ingredients.
- 5 bake in a preheated oven at 160 celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
