My Mommy's Chicken Fingers

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken into fingers.
  • 2 season flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
  • 3 dip chicken into the milk then into the flour, repeat this step twice.
  • 4 pan fry in vegetable/canola oil until crispy and brown.
  • 5 serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
