Ella Grasso's Quick Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 mix the first four dry ingredients in a bowl.
- 3 in a separate bowl, mix the egg, molasses, sugar, oil and grated lemon rind.
- 4 add the egg mix to the dry ingredients alternately.
- 5 mix in the yogurt.
- 6 pour in butter 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
- 7 bake for 50 minutes.
