Spinach In Garlic Sauce With Lemon

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon gingerroot, chopped
  • 500 g spinach
  • 180 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 180 g firm tofu
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a wok, fry the garlic together with the ginger for 1 minute
  • 2 prepare the mixture by combining ¾ cup water, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ½ lemon juice, ½ teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute then add the mixture
  • 4 add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute.
  • 5 add the diced firm tofu.
