- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
Recipe
- 1 combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl; stir in oil.
- 2 beat milk and eggs together, then mix with dry ingredients.
- 3 pour into a six-cup plastic ring mold.
- 4 microwave on high for four to five minutes.
- 5 let rest five minutes before removing from ring mold.
