Grilled Lamb Loin

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 boneless lamb loin roast, 2 1/2 to 3 pounds

Recipe

  • 1 in a large zippered plastic bag, mix the first nine ingredients well, add loin. seal bag and turn to coat meat. refrigerate overnight.
  • 2 prepare grill for indirect heat.
