Teriyaki Sauce

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup canola oil (or high heat oil)
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced (depending on taste)
  • 2 -4 teaspoons gingerroot, minced (depending on taste)

Recipe

  • 1 mix ingredients well.
  • 2 marinate chicken, beef, seafood in sauce for as long as possible.
  • 3 cook on charcoal grill until done depending on cut of meat. (also does well in the broiler).
  • 4 use excess sauce for basting.
