Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup canola oil (or high heat oil)
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced (depending on taste)
- 2 -4 teaspoons gingerroot, minced (depending on taste)
Recipe
- 1 mix ingredients well.
- 2 marinate chicken, beef, seafood in sauce for as long as possible.
- 3 cook on charcoal grill until done depending on cut of meat. (also does well in the broiler).
- 4 use excess sauce for basting.
