Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs spinach
  • 2 cups water chestnuts, sliced thin
  • 4 hard boild eggs, sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced in rings
  • 8 ounces bean sprouts
  • 1 cup crouton
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 combine all salad ingredients.
  • 2 combine all dressing ingredients.
  • 3 add croutons to salad when dressing. use only amount of dressing needed when tossing salad together.
