Spinach Salad

Ingredients

- 2 lbs spinach
- 2 cups water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 4 hard boild eggs, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced in rings
- 8 ounces bean sprouts
- 1 cup crouton
- 1 cup canola oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 combine all salad ingredients.
- 2 combine all dressing ingredients.
- 3 add croutons to salad when dressing. use only amount of dressing needed when tossing salad together.
