- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs salmon
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 marinate the salmon for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
- 3 broil or grill about 4 minutes on each side.
