Reduced Sticky Chinese Chicken

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1/2 cup crouton (crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 lb skinless chicken breast (cut into 1 inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup cornstarch
  • 1/8 cup canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl, whisk crouton crumbs, garlic powder, and cornstarch. stir in the soy sauce.
  • 2 add chicken and toss until completely coated.
  • 3 cover, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • 4 heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • 5 add chicken and cook, covered for 20-25 minutes until nice and crispy and cooked through.
