Public House Salad Dressing

Total Time: 37 mins Preparation Time: 32 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon onion, finely minced
  • 1 3/4 cups peanut oil or 1 3/4 cups canola oil or 1 3/4 cups olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except oil in the blender and blend on low speed.
  • 2 with machine running, add oil in small amounts until the dressing is thick and emulsified.
