Spiced Pan-fried Dory

Ingredients
- 2 frozen dory fillets, defrosted (cream dory preferred)
- 1 tablespoon margarine, may can replace it with olive or 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup lemon juice (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine on its own in a small bowl.
- 2 marinate dory fillets in a large bowl with salt, crushed red peppers and ground black peppers.
- 3 stir in melted margarine in your marinated fillets and leave it for about 3-5mins.
- 4 heat the frying pan. do not add in oil, we have enough margarine from the marinate.
- 5 fry your marinated dory fillets in the pan. 5mins for each side on medium fire.
- 6 serve it on your plate and squeeze some lemon juice over it.
