Miso Dressing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup miso
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil

Recipe

  • 1 combine sugar and vinegar, set aside.
  • 2 puree garlic and ginger in blender.
  • 3 add miso.
  • 4 slowly add oil while blending.
  • 5 add sugar and vinegar mixture.
  • 6 blend until incorporated.
  • 7 refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
