Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup miso
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and vinegar, set aside.
- 2 puree garlic and ginger in blender.
- 3 add miso.
- 4 slowly add oil while blending.
- 5 add sugar and vinegar mixture.
- 6 blend until incorporated.
- 7 refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
