Whole Wheat Pumpkin Nut Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients.
- 2 in another bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg substitute, water and oil; mix well.
- 3 stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- 4 fold in walnuts.
- 5 spoon into a 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- 6 bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 7 cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
